Recyclers Warranty and Extended Warranty Policies
The seller Beltsville Auto Recyclers
INC., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed
or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for particular
purpose, and Beltsville Auto Recyclers, INC., neither assumes
not authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability
in connection with the sale of these parts. We are not responsible
for any loss caused from installation, removal repair, replacement
or use of this merchandise.
90-day warranty on all mechanical
parts
30-day warranty on all electrical parts (starters, alternators,
computers, electrical motors, etc.)
“Mis-ordered’” Misdiagnosed.” Or parts
returned that are not defective are subject to a 25% handling
charge it they are accepted for return by Beltsville Auto Recyclers,
INC. shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or
a refund, Any warranty shall be void if the parts(s) returned
are not marked, used for any purpose not intended by the manufacturer,
improperly installed or maintained, disassembled or damaged,
overheated or used in high performance and/or off road use.
All returned parts must be inspected by Beltsville Auto Recyclers,
Inc. before refund is issued.
Parts which are special ordered from other outside sources will
carry warranty of supplier and Beltsville Auto Recyclers, INC.,
cannot be held liable for such warranty.
All glass and sheet metal is sold on as-is basis. Any adjustment
for damaged parts shall be made at time of sale unless otherwise
negotiated.
No cash refunds or returns on deposits. Any purchase made by
check must wait 10 days for a refund.
Beltsville Auto Recyclers, Inc. is not responsible for any labor
charges incurred on any damages or loss caused from installation,
removal or use of this merchandise or any other consequential
damage unless otherwise specified.
Engine warranty covers the “long block.” Accessories
such as the carburetor, throttle body, water pumps, distributor,
etc. which may have been left on the engine are not covered
under the warranty. Failure to install new rear main seal and
timing belt will void the warranty. All engines are equipped
with heat tab. If the engine is over heated the center melts
out, the warranty is void.
All motors and transmissions are sold on an exchange basis.
All warranties will be void if cores are not returned.
THERE ARE NOT RETURNS ON ELECTRIC ITEMS! We accept no responsibility
for improper installation or diagnosis.
Beltsville Auto Recyclers Extended Warranties
These warranties are available on engines, transmissions, transfer
cases, and axle assemblies only.
1 year parts only – 15% of cost
1 year parts plus labor – 30% of cost
Extended labor covers:
$300 on engines costing up to $1500
$600 on engines costing $1501 and up
$250 on transmissions
$150 axle assemblies and differentials
All returned parts must be inspected before a warranty is honored
